My username transfer ticket still hasn't been accepted

Alright so I made a username transfer ticket on my email on the 11th and it still hasn't been accepted. Maybe it's because I used slang and lots of unfunny jokes I know that tickets are serious but that's just kinda my nature.

I checked the tickets yesterday for a username transfer, and have been for the past few days. I did not see an open username transfer so I assumed it was finished already.
